My daughter is a Dora fanatic, so I watch the show daily, for hours upon hours. When I think of Dora, I think of rainbows, butterflies, clouds, grass, and all the things that make little kids happy. Maybe a simple cake with a blue background and a scene of a rainbow with a few clouds in the sky. Maybe a small butterfly or two scurrying about on the top and floating down the side. And a small grass border. Then you could place a Dora and Boots doll on the cake board near the rainbow. Maybe a sign saying "happy Birthday (name)" along the edge or on top.
