Hi Leah, I enclosed this pictures as a reference so members could see how much work the cupcakes involved. I didnt know that I needed copyrights from the member just to ask a question about how much is the right price. Let me know and I can delete my post

The copyright holder is the owner of the Hello Kitty brand, not the person whose picture you tried to post icon_wink.gif

No, not necessarily. You only need permission from the copyright owner if you intend to sell the cake. If you make one as a gift for family or friends, you don't need it. An alternative is to make the cake/cupcakes and get the customer to purchase the licensed figures or whatever to go on the cake after they take delivery from you.
