I made cupcakes with slices of pizza on top. They are in my gallery. I made a round pizza crust out of fondant, covered it with red buttercream, and then covered it in pieces of thin white fondant. I made sure the white had thick spots, thin spots, etc. Then I used some water and a little bit of brown color and blotted it over the cheese.
