Did you all watch Buddy Valastro's show last night, 'The Next Great Baker'?My question is: what were they piping with? It sure wasn't royal icing! Looked a tad bit easier to work with than R.I. (?)Any input on this?thanks in advance!
I do all my piping with bc.
My guess is buttercream, but try PMing crustymuffin, (aka brian) he will tell you for sure.
