Cake Filling Using Liquid Coffee Cream With No Refrig?

does anyone have a cake filling that I can use a liquid coffee creamer, can't find the flavor in the powder? I do not have a way to refrigerate the cake once it is filled, so I'm wondering if it would work.

You can leave your cake out at room temp and it will be fine.
