I am trying to figure out how to make this large number ''2' that is shown in this picture. I am not sure if it's just a big fondant cutout, which seems like it would be a big waste of fondant, or if it's something like RKT covered in fondant or modeling chocolate. I would appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.

my guess is RKT, covered in modling chocolate or fondant, with out the RKt it would take alot of fondant or modling chocolate and seem like a waste to me. good luck

i think it could be from a 2 cookie cutter and melted white chocolate with yellow added to color it from the loos of it. JMHO.
