Attaching To Sanding Sugar...

how do you attach a fondant or gumpaste decorative piece like lettering or a swag on top of a whole cake that has been covered in sanding sugar to get it to stay in tact? thanks

I do not see that happening. Gravity prevails, and the sanding sugar is not secured into the surface of the cake.

has anyone figured out how to attach lettering to sanding sugar? I rather them be in place and not move around if possible.
