Las Vegas Cake Supply Stores? Help Daughter Coming To Vegas

My daughter is coming to Vegas next week and will be staying on "The Strip" is there any cake supply stores nearby that she should make a point of going too?
Also are there any craft stores in the Outlet Mall?

And plan to spend some money there, too. I would have to take a second mortgage to buy everything I wanted there. But the people who work there are really great to deal with, and very knowledgeable about their products. Shipping is fast and reasonable, too, if she wants to send stuff directly home later on.
