Anyone have any idea how many roses (sm to med) a pound of white modeling chocolate would make?

I think the best way to figure it out is to make one and then weigh it. Your idea of sm to med. might be different than someone else's and how thick you make your petals will make a difference too!

Thats true... and a good idea... but i'm trying to decide how much modeling chocolate to make. I don't want to make a whole pound if its going to make 300 roses (obviously an exaggeration... i hope anyway icon_smile.gif ) So I'm just looking for some really rough numbers.

I think a pound is a ball roughly the size of a grapefruit
