Hi - I got the Cake Boss book for Christmas and I love it! I just tried his chocolate fudge frosting and it's VERY good!! I could eat it out of the bowl and I did....then I remembered how much butter is in it...what diet?? 
Just wondering if anyone else has tried any of the recipes and would like to add their review?
I just got the book for Christmas as well. Tonight I made his Italian Custard Creme (not sure it turned out right...thinner than I expected....) but tomorrow I'll be testing out the Vanilla cake recipe. It's the reason I made the Custard creme, since it's an ingredient in the cake.
I'm excited to see how it turns out!
I will not likely be attempting the lobster tails though. For a long time, anyway.

I also received the book for Christmas, but haven't had the time to try the recipes. I am intrigued by the disagreements. Some like it, some don't. If my family likes it, it's good enough for me!
