It has some great tips there. 
Yes they are reusable. Apply the fondant with either a light spritzing of water or shortening. When you are attaching decorations try using shortening on the back first. They will peel off easily and you can reposition or redecorate the dummy. When you want to remove the fondant from the whole cake, try peeling it off. If this doesn't work place the whole dummy into the dishwasher and put through a short cycle.
