French Buttercream Icing?

I've been looking for the perfect French Buttercream Icing to put on a cashew meringue.. Any good recipes out there?

I've seen so many definitions of french buttercream that the term confuses me at times.

My definition of french bc is the one made with egg yolks. Is that the one you're referring to?
