So.... I tried to make French macarons the other afternoon, and realized they are much harder to make than I thought they would be I have 3 different recipes, but they all have different times in the oven. Does anyone have any recipes for French Macarons?? In much need of help!!

It's really going to be trial in error in terms of oven times. For me, none of the recipes I looked at worked perfectly in terms of baking time. Through trial and error, I now bake mine at 300F for 8 minutes, then turn the pan around for an additional 5-6 minutes.
