I've been playing with my projector, that wonderful DH gave me for Christmas. It is by Artograph, similar to Kopykake 300 model.

I've been following Sweetopia's tutorial and piping directly on the cookies. Some progress, but I am a "hold it in the hand, turn to get the right angle" decorator. I have been reading thru this site, and think I will try drawing on the cookie with food marker, then piping/decorating, as some of the other decorators do.

Any and all suggestions are welcome. I think I will like this toy after more practice.

I've had my artograph for a few years now and the two times I used it, it was nice! I really don't use it that often, but I am glad I had it the 2 times I did. I used a projector every week at my bakery job, but there is just no substitute for practice.
