Is gingerbread supposed to get really hard? Like so hard that when you press on it, it only gives a little bit? I made two giant gingerbread boys for my cousins for christmas, and if they are to hard I'm going to die. Thanks!
Do you mean giant gingerbread cookies? I think they're probably fine...they should have a bit of a snap when you bite into them.
