Are you talking about the mixture of flour, oil and shortening? I've used it in all my baking stuff, like cheese cake pans and brownies, but never with regular food items.

i use it for non-baking items also. I use it when i'm making lasagna or a casserole around the sides of the pan so it doesn't stick and is easier to clean. I use it on anything i need to grease the pan for.

Update!!!!!! I made Keiser rolls and used it and they were perfect! Thanks ladies
