What is sugar paste and can you cover a cake with it. Does anyone have a recipe for it. If so could you send it to me threw pm thanks for any help.
As far as I know... sugarpaste is fondant.
sugarpaste is the uk name for fondant
Some people and some books call gumpaste sugarpaste. But my understanding has been that it is fondant in the UK or Australia, New Zealand area's.
