can someone outline the basics for the channel purse. pan to use sculpting technique etc

i'm also interested if anyone has a tutorial spec'd out!

i haven't done one before, but you can watch Cake Girls do a few on Amazing Wedding Cakes. single episodes are purchasable on iTunes. or if you have netflix i think Cake Boss has some in their episodes.

There are several video on You tube, however; most don't show how to stack, (The last one kinda of does)

I bake a 1/2 sheet and cut into 3 or 4 sections, then fill, stack and crumb coat. (make sure you use support if they get tall)
