I am making a book cake for a graduation this weekend.What size cake pan should I use for the book?Thanks for the help.
I think there is a book pan out there, but a friend of mine borrowed my 11 x 15 and did 2 side by side. hth
I just wanted to add that it will be a closed book. Actually two books stacked on top of each other.
It really depends on how many people it needs to serve.
