Has any one tried the gingerbread recipes in the recipe forum? I'm looking for a nice soft gingerbread cookie recipe.

I use the recipe on karenscookies.net for gingerbread and it is delicious. Holds its shape perfect and is soft when you bite into it. I get rave reviews on them.
