I have to make a stacked cake with the pillars showing (so there is space between each tier). Can I use the Bakery Crafts sps system to do this? How?

Help!

Of course! Order the multi-piece legs and use 1, 5" section + 1, 2" extension.

Ok thanks! And just so I'm clear...there would be rods from the package in the tiers AND the rods that show between each tier right? I'm hoping there are directions in the package! Haha

It is really easy, once you see it - it will all make sense. icon_smile.gif

They also have 9" legs, depending on how much space you want.

Ok. Fingers crossed!

Do you have to have a plate under and on top of the tiers that you are stacking? Or just on the bottom? I'm ordering the stuff now and I want to make sure I order the right amount since it will be too late when I actually have to make the cake.

Only under each tier. The legs will go all the way down through the tier below, poking through the cake in 4 places (does that make sense)

Here are some links that show it
