My friend is in the hospital to have her twins and the plan was to have her c-section yesterday but they've decided to just keep her monitored and hold off as long as it could be several weeks. Anyhow, I've already made and iced the cookies for her bouquet. I've frozen these cookies before and they were fine but I don't do cookies often and I can't remember if they get sticky when thawing. I'd like to bag them up and have them completely ready to go but if the bag is going to stick to them and ruin them, then that won't work.

Just be sure the icing is fully set before freezing. Glace can get splotchy if it gets cold before it has had a chance to dry.
