I am making a gambler, and need to make a stool for the guy to sit on in front of the slot machine. I made the 'chair' from RKT, but am having a hard time making leggs for it to stand on. Any ideas?? The stool needs to be 4' high. Thanks

How about just using wooden dowels? You can paint them if the wood color doesn't fit.. Or How about pvc pipe covered with fondant or choc clay? pvc might be cheaper than wooden dowels.

Could you use wooden dowels cut to size? They'd look like wood. :0)

Lollipopstick cut to size and painted silver if you're going for the chrome look

4' (four feet?)

Or 4" (four inches)?

If it's 4" I think you could use lollipop sticks.

OK. Tried the sticks, and then dowels, they just go through the RKT when I try to stand it. Will let it dry over night and see if that works. Hope it holds the weight of the guy if it does work. Thanks

Can you reinforce the bottom of your stool with some white chocolate or royal icing? Maybe even a layer of gum paste and let it harden before attempting to put it on the dowels again?

Did use some glue, and then put straws over the sticks, and so far so good.

I saw a nice gambler's stool in UK contemporary furniture but its quite higher than your desired height for a stool. Its really nice though.
