Im just all full of questions! Okay, Im making my daughters b-day cake for the "adults" and Im doing a Choc. Ganache. I am putting fondant over it so i need the chocolate to be set. Like whipped I guess. I have a good recipe from here but my question is, is the 4 3/4 cups of whipped chocolate going to be enough to fill a two layer 10" 3"deep choc. cake?? It sounds like it would be but Im not sure. Please help I have to make the chocolate soon! Today!

The whipped would be good for the filling but a poured ganache would be ideal under the fondant. It will dry smooth and be easier to cover.
Sounds good!

The whipped ganache is for the filling, you'll need to make another batch to cover the cake (unwhipped). This will form a wonderful, smooth surface to support the fondant.
