My inspector told me that if she could give me a grade, I would have gotten an A++. So Happy to have that behind me and now be able to move forward with my dream of baking and creating for people.

Congrats!!! I wish my state allowed home baking. My shop is almost ready to open. The health dept keeps finding little things I should fix and then I have to get with landlord and depending on problem either what for him to fix or get his approval to fix, then reschedule another inspection. Good Luck with biz!

I am from Cary, NC and I will continue to say they have the best "cottage food law" and home food processing program in the nation bar none. So glad for you, it's a great feeling when they tell you, "Okay, you're in business!"
