Hi All,
Does anyone know if I can place fondant letters on piping gel that I have tinted blue and placed on my cake board to look like water? Thank you!

It seems like the piping gel will make the fondant soft or warp or perhaps even bleed colors. If you do try it, I would line the backs of the letters with wax paper or something like that to keep the moisture away.

I use piping gel to glue fondant pieces onto buttercream and other fondant, so I don't see why not.
