I've see them at cake shops (but we don't have any locally ) they are cutters for scroll work, intricate type patterns. Not a stencil..but a cutter. I'm trying to google and look online to order...but can't think of the name or find it! Anyone else know?

I've seen some referred to as 'Filligree'.
