How long can I leave my rolled NFSC in the freezer? Is overnight to long?

Overnight is fine. You can leave it in there it it's sealed properly for a few weeks or more.

freezer are for long term storage so overnight is definitely ok.

if you're going to use it the next day, I wouldn't bother freezing it though. Just wrap it good and put it in the 'frig.
