I want to make cake balls using oreos with cream cheese and also peanut butter cookies with cream cheese as binder. As I don't need all of them made at once can I freeze the cake part that has cream cheese? I have frozen cake balls with buttercream but I had read somewhere on here that you shouldn't freeze cream cheese.
Anybody done this?
