Does Anyone Have A Tutorial For How To Make Orchids?

Hi,

I've been looking at making some orchids for a cake I have due this weekend. They're concerning me slightly as they look so fragile and I can't find a tutorial on them.

Does anyone have a tutorial? Also any advice anyone could give would be great!

There are a couple of YouTube videos on how to make orchids. I make them all the time. I never have trouble with the Cymbidiums but the moth orchids break rather easily. Alan Dunn has the best book for making orchids.

This one was made with royal icing and templates cut from images of the actual cutters using the stenciling technique
