I have to make a cake for a 4H anniversary, and they want a sheet cake. There will be 200 people there. How many 12x18 cakes do I need to make? or what would you do for 200 people?

agreed, each one serves 54 so you'll have 216 servings with four.

If you use the wedding serving size and did two layer cakes, then 2 12x18s would give you 196 servings.
