I made some ninja charatures and smeared some coloring on the fondant. Any way I can get it off without hurting the design?? Thanks

YOu can try vodka,(not to drink but to clean it off) but I think its not coming off....unfortunately...

I use everclear and a q-tip.

pure lemon flavor might would help , if you don,t have any of the other suggestions. not the immitation. also. lemon juice might would do it. i put any of this on a soft paper towel and litely rub the spot, put some more on another part of paper towel and clean again, until it is gone. just use the towel in different clean areas , so as not to distort the color you are trying to get off. hth

there's a cake show on The Learning Channel called.... "fabulous cakes"
and in one of the shows, one of the decorators got a smear of color on the fondant, she said that she uses baby wipes to clean off the smears.... assuming that the fondant in question isn't going to be eaten.... I tried it, and it seemed to work like a charm!
