A lot of "professional" bakers use photos of other people's work to show clients, then deliver something completely different. I've had a few people recently come to consults and tell me that they've been to interview bakers who actually had magazine pages ripped out and stuck in their photo albums as examples of what they can do.

Cake wrecks has a section called "What the wanted/What they got " and oh my, those are some supreme wreckages.

I think that's why I stay clear of wedding cakes. Too much could go wrong icon_sad.gif

Edited to include: my favorite wrecks are the Chewbacca ones !!!
