Can anyone tell me where I might find a tutorial on how to make a small apple out of gum paste??? Or is there a way to search the forums for this topic. thanks

yes, on youtube.com, ask how to make fruits with marzipan. You will use the same technique with fondant,etc. hth. I think expertvillage is giveing the tutorials.
