Has anyone else had "one of those days" where everything turns to s---? First cake for a relatives birthday turned out horrible, looked like a pylon. So I tore it apart and tried to make it a topsy turvy. Looked even worse!! This probably should go in the disasters file. Just having a bad day.

oh yeah! My most recent was my (probably now) famous story of the cake I did as a gift for a friend .... the 6" tier had to be re-iced 3 or 4 times before I could get it right and hubby is VERY lucky the dang thing didn't end up thrown across the room because his favorite chair is a straight shot from the kitchen!!!
