I don't (I don't drink and I still remember a yucky rum ball from years ago....yeccch!). However, I recommend you put this post with a specific title, "Need butter rum cake recipe, please" ("cake recipe" is way too vague")
Good luck on your search!

You don't need to be sorry, silly! Here's some hugs if I hurt your feelings: hug--hug. Were you able to get a yummy recipe from JanH's thread?
Recently I made a Kahlua Cake with Kahlua buttercream frosting because everyone raved about how it was their "most requested" at their bakery. (My best friend gave me a some in an old, clean peanut butter jar.) Big surprise--it tasted just like coffee! (which I don't like either--ok, ok...maybe I have odd taste buds or something....)
Everybody else cracked up that I was dismayed at the coffee taste. Apparently everyone in the world knew Kahlua was a coffee liquor but me.
Ctirella -- Look at Martha Stewart (dot) com. I've used her marble cake recipe for cupcakes before & thought they were a little dry but it might be better as a cake.
Jen: I have a wonderful Vanilla Rum recipe. I don't have it electronically though. It has actual "Vanilla Rum" in the batter. It's a very soft and tender cake. Let me know if you are interested & I'll see if I can type it up for you.
Is "Butter Rum" a flavor and not actually rum?
PoodleDoodle, I'd be interested in your Vanilla Rum Cake. Sounds delicious! Please.....thank you!!
