Holiday Cookie Decorating Bar

Hi there!
I am organizing a cookie decorating bar for about 80 people (@100-150 cookies). I am a little stumped on how much I should order for sprinkles and sanding sugars. Of course I want to say "never too much!" but I don't want to blow the event budget or get too out of control.
I'm thinking 16 oz red (bulk), 16 oz green (bulk), and then another 10-15 ounces (10 jars) of different shapes and colors.
Any words of wisdom?
They don't use as many sprinkles as you think.. I do 1000 gingerbread men for kids to decorate a yr.I bought 3 kinds of sprinkles in bulk 2 yrs ago and still have alot. 16 oz is alot.. especially if you're doing so many types of sanding and sprinkles. 200 kids in a day- I had 12- 1 oz jars for sprinkles, I probably refilled some but not all, and they do like to dump... Luckilyl sprinkles last a long time.
Bagging the icing is the real fun part ![]()
Good Luck.
Thanks- You are a brave soul to have 200 kids decorate in one day.
I will keep those quantities in mind.
Wow, gingerbreadtogo, you are very clever... would love some tips
