So, I bought a can of the stuff to try. Call me dumb, but how do you open the can?! I guess I'll try a can opener. Am I having a blonde moment, or what?

You have the right idea, you have to use a can opener. I really like the gumpaste mix, it's cheaper, and I think it's better than the ready to use stuff. It's not as sticky and seems a little smoother.

I am glad to hear it is better too, the last couple of times I have bought the premade it was drying out too.
