A good (and easy) Coffee Buttercream filling...

really easy! just make up some espresso (or regular - will just need more coffee) coffee, and add it to the buttercream. i just do it to taste.

Thanks for the reply brincess_b....
I already have some instant coffee packets....do I just add hot water and then add that mixture to the regular buttercream?

yup icon_smile.gif its that easy. if it gets too runny, just add some more ps to stiffen it up again.
