A good (and easy) Coffee Buttercream filling...

really easy! just make up some espresso (or regular - will just need more coffee) coffee, and add it to the buttercream. i just do it to taste.

I already have some instant coffee packets....do I just add hot water and then add that mixture to the regular buttercream?

yup its that easy. if it gets too runny, just add some more ps to stiffen it up again.
