Im planning on making cupcakes and using white chocolate ganash to frost them with will this work? or would it set too hard?
If this will work can i colour and flavour it with normal paste and food colours and flavours?
I would like to colour it pink and flavour it strawberry.
Any help with this would be most appreciated
Hi again anyone have any ideas on this?
no white ganache should be fine and u should be able to color it, not sure about the flavors, but if u use lorann flavorings u should be able to
You will need to use food colors designed for chocolate. The regular gel colors from Wilton or Americolor have water which will seize the chocolate. Americolor makes a "color flow" product that can be used w/the gel color to add to chocolate.
You can also use the colored Wilton candy melts to color white chocolate. Just melt in the color you want to add until you get the shade you want.
Thanks for taking the time to reply the advice it's most appreciated
