I just had to share, as it made me feel so good. My daughter had a bunch of friends over last night for a very belated birthday party. I had made chocolate cupcakes and tried a new buttercream recipe using coffee creamer (thanks to cc for that wonderful idea). I had forgotten one girl does not eat chocolate so I quick ran to the store an bought some vanilla mini-cupcakes. Got home, scraped off the 6 with chocolate frosting and replaced it with mine and left the other 6 with the store bought icing on. When the girls started eating the cupcakes, they kept saying how good the purple icing tasted (mine) and then one girl said "the orange is gross" (the store bought). That made me giggle inside!
