I have a Thanksgiving themed cake to do and need help with the flavor of the cake. The customer doesn't want "pumpkin" so what other flavors could I recommend. Thanks for your help.

I start with warm spices, etc
Pear-Ginger, Maple-Pumpkin, Caramel-Apple, Apricot, Molasses, Cinnamon, Butterscotch, Nut-filled cakes, Dried Cranberry, Upside-down cakes... that sort of thing.
