I'm a new cake decorator. Can someone suggest a complimentary buttercream for an orange cake.

Hi! Welcome to Cake Central! I personally love a dark chocolate buttercream with orange cake. Vanilla buttercream or cream cheese icing are also great.

I like a white chocolate
or you could do a whipped cream type so you have like an orange creamsicle flavor
