Leah, you've had me salivating for this item for quite some time.
So 2 days of unmitigated disasters of cakes doming or sinking, I finally called Maureen at Agbay.
Thank you, after speaking with Maureen, I finally ordered. She talked me out of the double blade, because I'm only a hobby baker and I only use 2" pans.
The picture she uses on the web site was done with the single blade and adjusting the height. She never moved the cake layers.
I did opt for the Styrofoam blade and the blade protector.
I did tell her you should be getting a commission!
Anyways, thank you. I can't wait for it to arrive.
you won't be sorry. I know its a hefty investment but when you think that you will use this on every cake you make, it is well worth it.
