Cake Bible's Mousseline turned out wonderful! I also like Sugarshack's and Indeydeb's in the most saved recipe section. The jury is still out on Cake Bible's Neoclassic Buttercream due to the thin consistency - but the flavor is to die for. I have it chilling so if it firms up it will be wonderful.
The "best" is definitely a matter of preference. Have you had different kinds before?
Do you like American buttercream? SMBC? or IMBC? Even within each type there are a lot of different recipes. Expecially American buttercream, the basics are the same, but the amounts vary in each recipe which can give you a completely different taste.
