Has anyone ever used candy molds to mold Fondnat. I want to make sea shells for the border of my grandsons pirate cake for tomorrow. Also any ideas for island in pirate them. Thanks so much I love this forum. I am new to posting. Grnadma Vicki icon_smile.gif

WELCOME!!!!!! glad ya joined us.

dust molds w/ powdered sugar or cornstarch.

make a ball of fondant that will be bigger than actually needed.

press into mold and flatten.

w/ sharp knife, trim off excess from back.

pop out and trim around edge as necessary.
