My mom has requested I make her a white cake with almond flavor and coconut on top. I have no clue where to start and if it will even taste good. Does anyone have any suggestions?

How about the WASC cake, (white almond sour cream) it is wonderful, and then a coconut buttercream? You can search recipes on this site, i know you would find something wonderful..

Yep, the WASC is a great cake. And it is very versitile.
