JoAnn's had a led light that is food safe. They are about an inch long, so you could use one in each cavity. I used one on a space ship and the client said the light was still on 3 days later. I found mine in the wedding section and they say they will last 10 hrs. You can get them in stay-on or flashing. HTH!

It got put on hold 
The lady who wanted to cake had to reschedule her party for later this month and I've been swamped with orders so I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I will! I don't have anything due for next week so I'm thinking that will be my chance to play with the idea!
