The caterer I make cakes for got a special request for a gluten, wheat free cake. The bride wants only the top 2 tiers free of wheat. Doea anyone have a recipe for this type of cake? Does it hold up as part of a wedding cake? thanks, Helen

check out your local grocery store they have mixes for this. Personally, with out a tried and true recipe i would be hesitant to make this.
