I am a newbie still,,I hear alot about modeling chocolate, can someone please explain what it is and where you find it? I have seen so much made with it an want to make some things myself...help ! LOL..

I just tried this for the first time today...super easy! Just google for directions, but the recipe I used was 10 oz chocolate with 1/3 cup corn syrup. Have fun!
